Three levels, from the most certain down.
Every line goes through the levels until it is found. The lower it goes, the more likely it is to be shown in yellow for review.
Corrections are remembered
If a shop writes "the big blue ones" and your staff pick the right item once, the same text is matched straight away next time. Over time there are fewer yellow lines because the system learns how your customers write.

Code or barcode
If the line has an item code or EAN, the match is exact and nothing is guessed.

Search by meaning
By name, brand, size and unit. It understands "case" and "pack", "small" and "0.5", typos and Latin or Cyrillic spelling.

AI picks from ten candidates
When in doubt a language model compares the top ten candidates and suggests the best one. It can be wrong, so such a line is always shown for review. This level is not part of the demo on this site.

The demo matches the order against a made-up warehouse of 196 items: water, drinks, dairy, tinned food and cleaning products. Write your own, upload an Excel file or load a sample.

B-02Rules
Things Tesqora will not do.

It will not send an order on its own.
A person confirms every order before it reaches your system. There is no setting to turn this off.

It will not hide how sure it is.
Every line shows whether it was matched exactly, by meaning or is in doubt. Green, yellow and red always come with a label, not just a colour.

It will not promise to be perfect.
Matching also uses AI and AI can be wrong. That is why uncertain lines are set apart and review is mandatory.

It will not use your data for anyone else.
Your catalog and orders stay yours. Before the first file we sign a confidentiality agreement and a data processing agreement.

It will not make you change your system.
We start with an import file (Excel or CSV) that your system already accepts. A direct link to Microinvest, Azhur and others comes later if you want it.
